My name is Ronald Long and I was saved at the young age of six.  My dad has been involved in some form of ministry for the last 30 years and he is a big inspiration in my life.  My mom is a librarian at a Magnet school is Huntsville, Alabama and has been very patient with this rambunctious child of hers.  I have two brothers, one who is four years older than me and the other is my twin.  We look nothing alike.

I felt God’s calling on my life when I was a Junior in high school and have been seeking God’s will in this ever since then.  I believe that He has called me here and I am so thankful to have a place to serve.

I have a beautiful new wife named Bekah.  She is a servant hearted sweet heart and the love of my life.  We met at Union and have been together ever since our freshman year there. 

God has been very good to me and continues to bless me in ways that I cannot deserve.

Embarrassing Moment: When Dad was interviewing for his job for the Madison Baptist Association, I dropped a big piece of chocolate cake on the new floor of the church we were visiting.
